30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items not in their original condition or packaging
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@pawnest.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@pawnest.com with a photo of the damaged item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
